He was a Wrangler, and I am always interested to know wht becomes of Wanglers. This one went mad. His original name was Robert Pedley, and he was the son of Simon Pedley of Bristol, and was born there 1760. For many years he was a tutor and travelled a good deal. He then became M.P for Saltash, and died in London 29th. November 1841.
