The High Court of the Ancient Order of Foresters, August 1-6 1927, held at Reading. Part of the procession in Broad Street, making its way to St. Mary's Church for the High Court Service on Sunday, July 31st. The High Chief Ranger, Brother G. Quiller, is in the middle of the front row, wearing a chain of office, and the Secretary of the Order, Brother Stanley Duff, is on the left, followed by members of the Executive Council, many of them wearing top hats and tail-coats, and carrying white gloves and umbrellas. The following shop-fronts are legible, on the south side of the street: No. 125 (Monod and Company, confectioners); No. 124 (The Cheshire Cheese public house); and No. 123 (W. H.
