A party of people, some civilians and others in uniform, outside a large house in or near Reading in the summer of 1915. They had witnessed, or had taken part, in a recruiting drive, in which a recruiting party of the Royal Berkshire Regiment had marched through the county, stopping at villages and towns, and ending at Reading. Those identified on the back of the photograph are Admiral Fleet, Leonard Goodhart Sutton, Sir Percy Sanderson, and Alderman Charles Gyningham Field. 1910-1919
