An 0-4-0 saddle-tank steam locomotive belonging to Huntley and Palmers biscuit factory in King's Road, Reading, with the letter "A" on the cab-side. It stands by a signal on sidings below an embankment, with a man in uniform carrying an oil-can beside it.
